Bernadette assisted us in preparing our home for sale with expert recommendations that immediately increased its value. Based on her extensive experience in the area, she also priced the home perfectly. Her team staged and showed the property, resulting in several immediate bids at and above the asking price. She expertly guided the negotiations, and her team brought us through to the closing with excellent communication and the utmost professionalism. Bernadette was professional and kept things moving along. She had a marketing plan, and executed on it. Many times in strong real estate markets, effort falls off, and homes “sell themselves”. However, our home hit the market the same week all of the COVID restrictions started. Bernadette adjusted, and continued to market the property. She was “on top” of everything! Repairs, staging, videography, both attorneys…she kept the process moving at all times. We had a great experience. There are many “good people” in real estate sales, but there are not nearly as many good realtors, Bernadette is an excellent realtor whom has crafted a great process and set of skills.

Bernadette helped guide us through our recent search for a new home. She was most patient as our dreams and needs were unique. We did find the percent fit to call our dream home.
