Tri-Town Quarter 3 Market Report 

Single Family homes (under $1 Million) had an average increase in Sale Price of  $61,227! Average days on market dropped by 65 days. 


Single Family homes (over $1 Million) had an average decrease in Sale Price of  $198,394  Average days on market dropped by 20 days. 

Wareham Quarter 3 Market Report 

Single Family homes (under $1 Million) had an average increase in Sale Price of $44,237! Average days on market decreased by  30 days. 

Single Family homes (over $1 Million) had an average increase in Sale Price of  $200,250! Average days on market dropped by 33 days. 

Fairhaven Quarter 3 Market Report

Single Family homes (over $1 Million) had an average increase in Sale Price of  $15,215! Average days on market dropped by 218 days.

I have always admired the beautiful red fall foliage of the “burning bush” shrub, (Euonymus Alatus) that seemed to be everywhere in New Jersey where I once lived. Many years later I moved to Massachusetts and, having observed that there were many here, I decided to plant some in my garden. Imagine my surprise when I was told that would not be possible because burning bushes had been classified as invasive and that it was illegal to bring additional specimens into Massachusetts. My present home has four extremely healthy examples, that were imported before the ban and are allowed to remain! Soon the deep green leaves will turn to an amazing, glorious red and this year I will allow them to keep their strong late summer growth and not trim them in the fall, as I did last year. By doing this, I expect to enhance the fabulous, annual colorful display and I will trim them in early spring, as recommended by experts.
