Homes in Mattapoisett sold for an average of 88% of their list price, and the time on market increased by 67% to an average of 112 days.

Rochester, MA, had an exceptionally strong month for sellers, despite a lower volume of sales. While closed sales were down 50% with 2 homes sold and the average price saw a 17% decrease to $626,500, the market dynamics were highly competitive. Homes sold in a remarkably swift 17 days (a 69% decrease in Days on Market) and achieved an impressive 105% of their original list price, a 10% increase year-over-year.

The Wareham, MA, market demonstrated strong growth in activity. Closed sales increased by a notable 28%, with 23 single-family homes sold. The average price for these homes was $564,800.
